Insider tip

Entry is free. The grounds are open from 6:00 to midnight, and the shrine office from 9:00 to 18:00. Many visitors come to pray about love.

Umeda wins on connections. The Hankyu and Hanshin stations are at Osaka-Umeda, the JR station is Osaka, and the Midosuji Line stops at Umeda. Minoh is on the Hankyu line, and Hankyu Minoh Station is the start of the trail to Minoh Falls. It's a business and shopping district more than a place to wander at night, though Ohatsu Tenjin and the covered Sonezaki Ohatsu Tenjin-dori Shopping Street are close.
